I'm Favour Obioha, a Business Operations Manager with six years of experience, now focused on one thing: helping agencies run smoothly. My work is simple to describe: I build the systems that let growing agency teams operate without chaos.
I've always been drawn to the unglamorous parts of a business: the handoffs, the tracking, the processes nobody notices until they break. Where other people see a mess, I see a structure waiting to happen. Give me a chaotic workflow, a team drowning in manual updates, or a process that only works because one person holds it all in their head, and I'm genuinely happy. That's the work I find satisfying: taking chaos and making it repeatable.
"Before we started working with Favour, Extracted Marketing had a plan for operations. Since working with Favour over the past few months, we have more than a plan. We have an ops playbook that works. Her work in systems thinking, process improvement, and process discipline has helped us bring sanity to the chaos of agency work."
Nick Ward, Extracted Agency
End-to-end operations design, from mapping how work flows to building the systems that run it
Process optimization that removes bottlenecks and manual busywork
KPI frameworks that make performance visible at every level, company, team, and individual
Cross-functional project leadership that keeps delivery on track across departments
Organizational design that gives every role clear ownership and accountability
Documentation and SOPs that people actually use, not binders that gather dust
ClickUp workspace architecture built for how agencies really work
Systems implementation that sticks, including the adoption and training most rollouts skip
"Favour proposed a highly innovative approach, which she then successfully implemented in our workspace. The quality of her work was so impressive that even the ClickUp team admired the functionality she had created. She completed the project in record time and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. I would rate my experience working with Favour a 10/10."

Agency Operations System
A complete agency operating system built in ClickUp, bringing together sales, delivery, people operations, capacity planning, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Leadership sees the whole agency in one place, deals, delivery, and team capacity, and nothing moves through anyone's memory or DMs
A sales operating system with a structured pipeline, CRM, automation, KPI tracking, and client onboarding. Every lead follows the same journey from first contact to active client, nothing goes cold from a missed follow-up, and the founder can see exactly what revenue is coming and where deals stall
A complete employee lifecycle system covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. Every stage has an owner and a defined handoff, so people processes run the same way whether it's the third hire or the thirtieth
A centralized library of SOPs, templates, and operational playbooks. Work gets executed the same way no matter who's doing it, new team members find answers without asking, and process knowledge stops living in people's heads
An organizational design that defines reporting relationships, role ownership, and how accountability flows through an agency. Everyone knows who owns what, who they report to, and where decisions sit, so nothing stalls waiting for someone to claim it
Agency KPI Framework
A complete reference guide to the metrics that tell an agency the truth: what each one measures, how to calculate it, healthy and danger thresholds, and where to look first when a number goes red. Leaders stop guessing whether performance is fine and start seeing exactly where to act
Extracted Marketing — Operations Manager | Sept 2025 – Present
Rebuilt the agency's delivery system into defined stages with visible ownership. As a result, client work now moves through the team consistently without the founder chasing it, freeing him to focus on growth instead of supervision. Built async training for the team, so new members now get up to speed and execute without pulling anyone away from client work. Designed the CRM architecture, and the agency now tracks every client and lead in one place instead of losing them across inboxes and memory.
Mobix Ltd — Marketing Operations Manager (Feb 2026 – [end date]) | Project Manager (May 2025 – Feb 2026)
Built the marketing function's operational infrastructure from scratch, and for the first time since the product launched, leadership could see campaign performance and pipeline activity in real time, which sped up execution cycles and cut duplicated effort across growth initiatives. As Project Manager, introduced structured sprint planning and prioritization, and missed deadlines dropped across multiple concurrent client projects. Implemented documentation and reporting processes, and the recurring misalignment between leadership, developers, and clients stopped, because everyone finally worked from the same project picture. Promoted on the strength of these results.
Sabi.am — Business Operations Specialist | Sept 2021 – Jan 2025
Developed SOPs that were adopted across departments, and cross-departmental process efficiency rose 28%. Led partner onboarding that integrated 150+ partners in six months, 75% above target, directly expanding the business's operating network. Coordinated operations supporting $300K+ in monthly transactions across finance, logistics, compliance, and sourcing, keeping transaction flow running without operational breakdowns. Promoted from supply chain into business operations within the first year.
NERC — Operations Consultant, ProcessFrame
Designed and implemented a performance tracking system across 150+ staff and eight divisions, and monthly reporting that consumed two weeks of staff time now takes two hours.
Growing an agency is hard enough without the operations fighting you. If any of what you've seen here feels like something your team needs, I'd love to hear from you.
